Mr. Bryant is Vice President and a senior attorney with Esposito Law Group, P.A. A native of Palmetto, Florida, Mr. Bryant graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Finance with honors. Prior to attending Stetson University College of Law, Mr. Bryant served as a credit officer for Regions Bank and was one of the organizing officers of First America Bank, a Bradenton-based community bank, serving as Vice President and controller. Mr. Bryant is admitted to practice before all of the United States District Courts and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in the State of Florida, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Mr. Bryant represents a number of large financial institutions on a variety of matters, including compliance, administration, personnel, operations and credit. He has served as title agent for residential and commercial real estate closings, assisted clients in correcting title defects and documentation deficiencies and generally provided advice on other banking and credit issues. He has represented creditors in connection with consumer and commercial foreclosure matters and the assertion of creditor claims and creditors’ rights in U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Bryant has advised individual clients in the preparation of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documentation.

Mr. Bryant has also advised individual and corporate clients regarding corporate governance, shareholder agreements, contract disputes, and landlord/tenant issues.

Community Involvement

Mr. Bryant is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Manatee River Fair Association, Inc., the sponsor of the annual Manatee County Fair, and a past board member and past President of the Palmetto Historical Commission, Inc. Mr. Bryant is also a past member of the Board of Directors of the Manatee County 4-H Foundation and a past member of the Board of Directors of Manatee School for the Arts, a public charter school. Mr. Bryant is a 2009 graduate of the Palmetto Police Department Citizens’ Academy and a 2016 graduate of the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office Citizens’ Academy and is a member of the Manatee County One Hundred Club.
