Meet the Team

 
  • Mrs. VanHoose is President and Managing Shareholder of Esposito Law Group. She represents entrepreneurs, start-ups and private lending groups serving as outside general counsel to multiple business clients in relation to entity formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, franchise agreements, commercial leases, commercial real estate purchases and sales, joint ventures, strategic alliances, technology matters, intellectual property rights and business succession planning. She has unique experience in representing agribusiness and agriculture cooperatives and representing clients in complex business and commercial matters. She also represents a number of large financial institutions on a variety of matters, including complex commercial lending, regulatory compliance, emerging technology matters, the onboarding of new technologies and the implementation process, general operations and personnel, commercial and retail banking as well as other general banking and creditor’s rights issues.

    Mrs. VanHoose advises clients in all phases of business life, from formation or acquisition; to planning, strategy and growth; to succession and exit planning; through to sale and transition. She has represented a number of clients in business succession planning, asset protection and estate planning, while further assisting such clients in planning for the future and preserving what they have for the next generation.

    Community Involvement

    Mrs. VanHoose is a current member of the Executive Board and the Legislative Committee for the Manatee Chamber of Commerce and is currently serving as Chairman of the Board. She is a former member of the Manatee Memorial Hospital Foundation Board, The Sarasota and Manatee Realtor-Attorney Joint Committee, the Salvation Army Board, and is Past President of the Bradenton Rotary Club. When not working, Mrs. VanHoose enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

  • Keanu Schnepp

    Mr. Schnepp joins Esposito Law Group as an associate attorney. Keanu received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Minor in Retailing from The University of Florida. Afterward, he attended Stetson University College of Law and graduated with his Juris Doctor in 2023.

    While in law school, Keanu was a member of Stetson’s Elder Law Society, as well as the Thomas E. Penick Elder Law Inn of Court. Keanu was also involved in a pro bono opportunity with Parents & Children Advance Together Literacy Ministries, Inc.—an organization striving to address the educational needs of children and families in underserved communities—where he corresponded with their Executive Director on matters regarding document review. In his final semester at Stetson, Keanu worked as a teaching assistant for Stetson’s Payment Systems course which examines the law regarding systems of payment and treatment of money in commercial transactions.

    Community Involvement

    Keanu was born and raised in Florida and has called Manatee County home for almost all his life. During his time in high school, and again at the end of his law school career, he volunteered at Rocky Bluff Library in Ellenton. Moving forward, he is eager to continue being involved in the community he has called home for so long as an attorney and member of ELG. When not working, he enjoys reading, drawing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

  • Antonino Fricano

    Mr. Fricano joins Esposito Law Group as an associate attorney. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Antonino moved to Sarasota, Florida, where he attended Sarasota High School, played varsity baseball, and worked in his family’s business gaining valuable experience in business operations and client relations from an early age.

     Antonino graduated from Florida State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. He then earned his Juris Doctor, along with a Tax Law Certificate, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. During law school, Antonino was actively involved on the Executive Board for the Phi Delta Phi legal honor society and completed internships with the Chickasaw Nation Office of Tribal Justice and Administration, as well as Disability Rights of Louisiana. He also provided pro bono tax advising through the VITA Tax Program and participated in Loyola’s Entrepreneurship Project, offering legal assistance to local business ventures.

    Before joining Esposito Law Group, Antonino worked as a practicing attorney at a local firm, where he gained valuable experience handling various legal matters. Prior to that, he worked as a legal writer and paralegal, refining his skills in research and client relations. He is deeply committed to understanding his clients' unique needs and ensuring their interests are handled with care.

     Community Involvement

    Antonino is eager to contribute to the Sarasota and Manatee County communities he’s called home for many years. When not practicing law, Antonino enjoys training in martial arts and playing bass guitar.

  • Jessica Crawford

    Mrs. Crawford joined Esposito Law Group as a legal assistant with over a decade of retail and small business banking experience, as well as significant administrative, and management experience. She currently serves as Firm Administrator and Executive Assistant to Mrs. VanHoose.

    Community Involvement

    Born and raised in Manatee County, Mrs. Crawford is very familiar with the area and has volunteered regularly in her community and at her local church. She is determined, motivated and loves learning new things. When she is not working, she spends time with her two boys cheering them on at their extracurricular activities. She also loves a good book and spending time with her husband of 15 years.

  • Antonia Allen

    Ms. Allen joins Esposito Law Group as a paralegal. Ms. Allen has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Psychology from Duquesne University. She has also earned a Paralegal Studies Certificate from the University of Miami. She enjoys connecting with clients and loves the challenges the legal profession has to offer on a daily basis.

    Community Involvement

    Ms. Allen is a Sarasota native and is extremely active in the Bradenton Alumnae Chapter of her sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She also enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and trying new cuisine.

  • Virgil Mills

    Mr. Mills is the Director of Business Development for Esposito Law Group. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Religion degree from Olivet Nazarene University in Kankakee, Illinois. Mr. Mills served in full-time ministry for the Nazarene Church for more than 25 years. After that, he was a manager for Hide- Away Storage in Bradenton, Ellenton, and St. Petersburg. Just prior to joining Esposito Law Group, he was Director of Marketing for Newby Management, a locally based manufactured home community management company. He has also been a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker since 2017.

    Community Involvement

    Mr. Mills served on the Salvation Army board in Manatee County for several years, where he also served as a member and chairman of the Property Committee. He continues to serve as a part-time pastor of a church in Sarasota. Mr. Mills is married to Patty, and together they love spending time with their three daughters and their families, who all live in Bradenton. When not working, Mr. Mills also enjoys growing and planting palm trees in the yard with his wife, Patty.

  • Jennifer Dyson

    Mrs. Dyson joined Esposito Law Group as the Administrative Assistant in 2023. She has over 24 years of experience in office management, having served as Office Manager and National Sales Coordinator for a national media company for 14 years. Prior to that, she spent over 10 years working for a newspaper in Boston, Massachusetts, Providence, Rhode Island.

    Community Involvement

    Mrs. Dyson is a native of Massachusetts and moved to Manatee County in 2023 with her husband of 25 years. Mrs. Dyson served as Head Chair of the Trustees for the First Baptist Church of Pawtucket Rhode Island. She was also the Head Deacon for 3 years. When Mrs. Dyson is not working, she can be found enjoying the outdoors, going to the beach, and golfing.

  • Josh Gleberman

    Josh Gleberman

    Mr. Gleberman joins Esposito Law Group as a Legal Assistant with banking and sales experience. Joshua was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, and moved to St. Petersburg in May of 2024. He received his bachelor’s from the University of Cincinnati in political science, and a certificate degree in cybersecurity. He was involved in various campus club and leadership positions while at the University of Cincinnati.

     

    When he is not working, he enjoys attending baseball games, and spending time biking, and taking care of his tortoise. He has played sports most of his life, playing football and basketball growing up, and playing college baseball as well as competing for USA Boxing.

  • Ella Bisio

    Ms. Bisio joins Esposito Law Group as a Legal Assistant. Ella received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a minor in Communication Studies from Rollins College. She was involved in various student organizations and leadership positions while at Rollins College. 

     Community Involvement:

    Ms. Bisio was born and raised in Manatee County, and volunteers at the Women’s Resource Center. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, and traveling.
